Five entrepreneurs will get the opportunity to take the (Zoom) stage and pitch their startup to a panel of investors- the competition Judges and the winner will be awarded a package of prizes courtesy of SAGENT Israel and its partners.

Partially or wrongly filled forms will not be accepted.

Failing to send an investors' deck will prevent the registrant from participating in the competition
*Only startups raising late seed/ series A funding or startups that recently expanded or planning to
expand globally soon are eligible to participate.
Selection Process
Pitch Event
Investors' decks and Zoom presentations will be marked ( score 1-10) based on the following set of criteria:

Value Proposition (Significant problem & Innovative solution)

Market Opportunity (Market size, Business model, GTM, Competition, & Timing)

Team (Founders, Board & Advisors)
-
Pitch delivery and storytelling
-
Late Seed/ Series A readiness
Qualifying Round
Investors' deck will be marked (score between 1-10) based on the following set of criteria:

Value Proposition (Significant problem & Innovative solution)

Market Opportunity (Market size, GTM, Competition, Timing)

Team (Founders, Board & Advisors)

Financials (Business model, 3-year projections)

Presentation Look & Feel
The score will be based solely on the information that is included in the decks. No interviews or frontal meetings will be conducted before the Pitch event.
